Before & After: A Client’s Healing Journey

When this client first came to me, she was dealing with persistent rosacea that had been affecting her comfort and confidence for months. Her skin was inflamed, and she felt like nothing was helping. As we explored further using functional lab testing, we discovered that the inflammation wasn’t just on the surface — an underlying bacterial imbalance was contributing to the flare-ups.

She also shared that she’d been living with unexplained pain in her chest, stomach, and throat — symptoms she had come to accept as part of daily life. Through our work together, we identified untreated acid reflux as the root cause.

With a personalized protocol focused on calming inflammation, restoring digestive balance, and supporting her system, her body began to respond — and so did her overall sense of ease.

Her words say it best:

“My stomach and insides feel so much better already. It’s like I can feel my body exhale.”

This kind of progress happens when we stop guessing and start listening to what the body is truly
communicating.

Client Concern: Joint pain and very irregular cycle

I find genuine joy in connecting with my clients and celebrating their achievements.

Recently, I reached out to a couple of them and was thrilled to hear about their progress.

It's incredible to see symptoms lessen or disappear altogether.

Things like brain fog, occasional joint pain, inflammation, bloating, and anxiety have noticeably improved, and one client even mentioned a return to a regular 28-day cycle.

Client Concern: Want to reduce or come off medications

I had goosebumps this morning listening to client tell me how, for the first time in eight years, their labs were in the normal range and their doctor said they could begin to lower his medication.

One of his main goals was to come off his multiple medications.

They also told me there was an increase in libido and energy, didn't need naps anymore, and overall feels so much better.
